Born into a Chinese family, Mr. Chu began life in Vietnam, immigrating throughout Asia during the Vietnam War and eventually chose Australia as his home. His career spans over 30 years between working in and owning restaurants throughout Melbourne, Launceston, Adelaide, Wonthaggi and Tokyo. He brings his own flavour and experience to the table, with recipes that are distinctively his own.
